I want you to really push it into the ground. So, you're punching into the ground. It's a controlled movement, but I want you to really push it into the ground and see your shoulder blades. Boom. She's coming up as high as she can on that elbow. Put down that spot. I always learn Intracell. -Come on, Max. -How you doing? -[unk] -Oh, I think you need to worry about yourself. -Is it lower? -Okay. So, she doesn't have any weights, no problem.
