Get a stronger core and sculpt a rock-solid body like Madonna's with these ab exercises from celebrity trainer Sadie Lincoln.
Get A-list abs. Incline core scissors: As you lower one leg, keep your abs engaged. Simultaneously return to start and lower the other leg to complete 1 rep. Do 3 sets of 15 reps. Kneeling fly: Lean your body back but keep your form in a straight line. At the same time you're leaning back, bring your elbows and arms together in front of you. Do 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps. Core flex: When you crunch up over your legs, hold the position for an extra count and then release back down. Do 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps. Upright oblique press: Engage your abs to help support the 45 degree position the entire time. You'll really target your obliques if you hold your rotation for an extra count. Do both sides to complete 1 rep. Do 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps total. Style exposed ski slope: Raise your arms behind you as high as you can when you raise your torso 90 degrees. Do 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps.
