-Hey guys, it's Elessa here, and today, I wanted to talk to you guys about New Year's resolution. So, I recently did a video and ask you what your New Year's resolutions were and I ran through them and everything and I wanted to talk about what my New Year's resolution was and what I'm gonna try to do to help out. So, this video is inspired by or actually sponsored by Skinny Cal, which is perfect because I noticed that a lot of the comments were to lose weight or to be like a better person around school, education,

just all kinds of the different things like finding a job and so what I'm gonna do, one of my New Year's resolutions is to help you guys like that. So, I'm going to do a couple of videos on job interviews, how to land an interview? How to land a job during the interview? And the appropriate makeup and dress and like and like handshake and stuff like that. I have a little bit of experience with that. When I say a little bit of experience, I've interviewed couple of people,

couple of hundred maybe, and so I've seen the both sides of an interview and so one thing I want you guys to know is that if you're not hired, it's okay and it's not you. It's just that maybe they have somebody else that's more qualified or not as qualified or willing to take as many than you. So, don't be discouraged in that, you know, just keep on looking, pound the pavement, and of course we'll talk about that in another video, but today, I wanna talk to you guys about

my resolution, so one of them is to what I can to help you guys in my videos. I'm gonna try to look them up between pursebuzz and Elessa TV and one of my initial solutions is to be healthier and do workup, so like during college I used to workout all the time, all the time, in between classes, I have like a 2-hour break from like 6 to 8 or something like that and then I go workup, but the recent lifestyle that I have

with like the travelling and the workload, it's been really difficult for me, but actually downstairs, we have an elliptical and like the leader-- whatever that thing is. So, I'm going to do at least 30 minutes a day, and I'm gonna do is you guys can follow me on twitter and I'm gonna announce that I'm gonna be working out like try to workout and hopefully you guys are doing something that where what you are like driving and then you guys can also stop what you're doing in workout or just kind plan it that so that you can workout

3 minutes a day and then also I'm gonna try talk about when I eat and all that stuff to get help you guys lose weight. I've lost about-- I know-- I think like [unk] 17 was like at the most. So, I gained 17 pounds, went up like sizes. I mean, granted is a little different like depending your body shape and size and height and everything like that, but I wanna help you guys. I want everything to be healthy because it's really important to workout with our heart rate going

and that is one other things. I don't know if I wanna start like a whole other channel because I also wanted to do like sewing craft channel, but like in pursebuzz is like really beauty related, but then it's like everything because it's a lifestyle. So, let me know in the comments what you guys think about that like [unk] channel, but today, starting off, I wanna talk about hundred calorie, 120-calorie snacks. So, the one that I really like. I talked about this before. This one right here is the dark chocolate one,

and I mentioned this in another video. So, the dark chocolate ones are really [unk]. I have to show you guys, but it's one of those things that help you get the craving. So, this right here really helps curb the craving. So, for me, sometimes-- oh my God, oh my chocolate, I want this chocolate. You know, once I have it, I won't get it. So, what I like about this [unk] just enough to get your body like to feel satisfaction of chocolate, but not gonna want where you have to eat a lot and that in this package

is about 5 little cluster bits, and they're really good. I'm still trying to get the milk chocolates. I couldn't find it last time I went, so just got the dark chocolate. It's like just really good because it's-- I just really like it and I really like the other one. This one right here is my favorite. This is the one that I have been sharing with my family because they have been visiting. Oh, it's so cold. So, I have 3 left, and these are like big Kit Kats,

and it's only 110 calories, which is really good because you can eat half of it now and then half of it later. It's all about discipline. I know it's really hard, and it's 110 calories. So, it's really good. It helps satisfy that little sweet craving and then you could move on. So, what I like is that Skinny Calories encouraging New Year's resolution and definitely one of those is to help lose weight, so my tip or maybe 3 tips. I mentioned this in another video. One is to drink water before you eat. Two is to eat

until you're not hungry anymore, not to your full and your food [unk]. So, once you feel like, not feeling hungry, just top eating, and then eat again later an hour or an hour and a half just depending on when you're hungry, but don't eat until you're like, oh can't breathe, can't think-- because that's when you're not productive because that's when you're not productive because that's when you stuff yourself. So, I am going to begin my regimen on January 2nd. I'm gonna do my best to try

to motivate you guys as well I have a bike. I'm gonna ride my cruiser, so maybe you're feeling. That's gonna be so boring because you're right on like. Anyway, thank you so much again for encouraging me to do this video because I think that really is gonna help me healthier. I'm gonna try to eat my vegetables. There're just some vegetables out there that I just cannot eat, I just can't. So, I will hold my nose, and I will eat them, I think right now please.
