-The Couch Workout. Thigh-Frying Wood Chop: Stand next to the couch with the resistance band in the hand closest to the couch and lower into a squat. Stay in the squat position throughout the move and pull the band diagonally across your body so your torso is facing your hands. Do 15 reps. Switch your hands and the side of your couch and repeat. Do 3 sets total.
