This exercise is called Karate Girl. We're gonna turn to our right side and sit on our left leg, soften the right knee, left palm open. We're gonna bend at both knees and extend the left arm behind you. Again, shift to your left. Bent knees. Hands all the way up. We're gonna repeat this exercise 16 times on your right and 16 times on your left.
