The Torso Twist exercise works your back, arms, obliques, abs, butt and legs.

-Beach body now, torso twist. One, you step back into a deep lunge with your torso so your upper body turns completely to the side and holds for a second, switch side and repeat to complete 1 set. Do 12 reps in 2 to 3 sets total.
