The Scoop Squat exercise works your biceps, butt and hamstrings.

-Lose More Fat: Scoop Squat. Extend arms behind you as high as you can, then step right foot out to the side and lower into a squat as you scoop your arms forward so they're at eye level. Do 10 reps, switch sides, and repeat. Do 3 sets total.
