Burn more calories with dumbbell exercises in this 15-minute cardio workout.
-Lose more fat. Running Row: Lift your right leg and bend your knees so it's parallel to the floor and keep your left arm extended forward then kick your leg behind you and reach forward with your right arm while your left arm extends back. Do ten reps, switch sides, and repeat. Do three sets total. Squat Swing: Lower into a squat as you swing the dumbbell between your legs then quickly stand up and swing the dumbbell forward over your head. At the same time, lift your left leg out to the side. Do five reps, switch sides and repeat. Do three sets total. Iron Cross: Keep your arms at shoulder level throughout the entire move. Step into a backward lunge then quickly lift up kicking your back leg forward as you extend your arms out to the side. Do five reps on each side to complete one set. Do three sets total. Scoop Squat: Extend arms behind you as high as you can then step right foot out to the side and lower into a squat as you scoop your arms forward so their at eye level. Do ten reps, switch sides and repeat. Do three sets total. Biceps Squared: Make sure you keep your arms at shoulder level the entire time. Lower into a deep lunge and curl the dumbbells to your shoulders. Do five reps on each side to complete one set. Do three sets total.
