-Right to Bare Arms: Dead-Lift Row. For this move, keep your knees soft and back flat as you hinge forward. Then, stand tall as you row the dumbbell up to chest height. Do 2 sets of 16 reps. Weighted Jump Rope: This is just as it sounds. You need to jump only and in to off the floor as you draw tiny circles with your weights. Make sure to keep your elbows at your sides. Do 2 sets of 16 jumps. Pass under: This move is simple. You need to lunge forward pass the weight under your frontline. Switch legs to complete 1 rep. Do 2 sets of 16 reps. Suitcase Swing: Squat down and quickly stand up as you swing the weight up to the shoulder height. You'll do 16 reps, then switch arms and repeat. Overhead press pulse: This move is simple. You'll go from a golf pose position to an overhead press and repeat. Do 2 sets of 16 reps.
