The Pisao Kick exercise works your abs, obliques, butt, and legs.

-Best Abs in the World: Pisao Kick: With this kick, you're gonna bring your knee into your chest and then press your heel out to the side. Do 10 kicks with this leg, then switch sides and repeat. If you're advanced, try not to put your foot on the floor until you're through with your kicks.
