The Jack-and-Tire Run Combo exercise works your shoulders, back, abs, butt, and legs.
-Burn Baby Burn: Jack-and-Tire Run Combo. This move is two classics combined. You're gonna do jumping jacks followed by a high knee run. You'll do 4 repetitions of the jumping jacks then 4 high knee runs. Switch back and forth for 30 seconds. That's one set. You'll rest 30 seconds and then repeat that 2 times.
