My adrenaline is going. You don't understand. I like to hand glide all the time, jump out of planes and everything. This is terrifying. Hi! I'm Lauren Tjaden your adventure expert with visitflorida.com and today I'm at beautiful Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center near Pensacola where canoeing, kayaking, camping, and tubing are all part of the everyday fun. I've signed up for something even a little more adventurous though. They're challenge ropes course. I'm going to be climbing and traversing obstacles plus swinging and zipping through the forest at up to 75 feet off the ground. So, are you ready? Let's go! Oh holy, canoli! Oh, pasta! Ahhh! Ahh! Holy Molly! This is fun, I wasn't scared. Ahh! Oh, my word! Wooh! We wanted to build team-building skills among the youth today and we just wanted to give them a fun day out in the sunshine rather than the traditional water park or pools. We wanted to bring them out to some place that they can get in touch with nature and just bond together with each other. Lower me! Lower me! Alright! Lower them, lower them all. This is the Giant's Ladder behind me and it's used to develop teamwork besides your own self confidence and there's 2 teams that climb and one person on each team climbs up these huge slats that are at least 3 feet apart and the other members of each team hold the rope and assist them in getting up and the people are also supposed to assist each other. It was so awesome doing the catwalk even when I did, when I was upside down. It was so cool! And I did the spiderman. It was so awesome. The Pensacola area has so much to offer like the Naval Aviation Museum with its incredible blue angel exhibit. It also has the widest beaches in the United States where you can jet ski or parasail or fish or just hang out and of course, it has the amazing Adventures Unlimited.
