You're only limited by your imagination so I'm gonna crunch in, knees to chest, weight coming up and over, and back. I'm curling up because I'm also bringing the lower body towards the upper body so I'm hitting the abdominal wall from the origin up high closer to the heart and from the insertion down low by your waist.
