The Bent-Over Row and Kickback exercise works your back, triceps, abs and legs.
We have a One-Arm Roll with a Tricep Extension. Great for the lats, great for your triceps. You're gonna work your legs, too, so, Heidi, assume the position, please. Bend over a bit more at the waist. Good. Now, roll so that elbow comes up and now extend that arm. Good. Perfect. Now, to make it a little bit harder, take that hand out of the way. Good. That way, you're gonna get a great tricep extension, great roll which is great for the lats. Leg is working as well. Keep your weight on your front heel. One more, Heidi. Perfect.
