-Okay, this tutorial is on how to do an eye makeup like this which is this blue and sea green that it's more of a party look. I'm just gonna show you the fundamentals of doing it. I'm not gonna show you the mascara or the eyeliner, just the eyelid itself. This side is nice and clean and it has concealer over it to cover it and that's just a really good base for the color itself. I'm using a couple of cheap products that you can

get at any Kmart, Wal-Mart or Shopko, Target. This one is the Jane #40 Moss and that will be the green, and I'm also using Revlons. This kind of messy, dirty, but it's called the Copper Canyon 375 Illuminance, and I'll be using the blue and the white. You need a

nice clean brush, eye shadow brush, and you also need your finger to spread it, and some clean tissues right here. So we'll start by using the green and I find it handy to keep a wet cotton ball or really soaked cotton ball

Standing right in front of me because we're gonna have to wet this a little bit. So what I'll do is I wet my eye shadow brush, make it pretty damp, and then I will take the green and get some color off a bit on both sides of the brush, and I'm just going to center it right here like in this portion of the eye and also I'm going to bring it down on

to the inner corner of my eyelid and down underneath. You're gonna put a large amount on there. You really gonna get it on thick.

Okay. Then clean your brush on the tissue and take the blue, now this is a cream eye shadow and so it's gonna come off really thick on here. I'm gonna get them on both sides pretty thick.

Then I'm gonna put on the second part of my eye extremely thick, just get it all on there as much as you can. Okay? Now once it's on, I'm gonna clean my brush. I'm gonna blend it. From a clean brush, I'm going to

blend it into the green a little bit. I'm gonna take a little bit of the green and then go over the blue just a little bit and this has that shading effect without trying to blend it with your finger. That will take the makeup off. Clean your brush again and now we're just gonna blend upwards a little bit

and really get that color up on to the brow bone which is very light and it's very shimmery, so, okay. Once you have blended up on to the brow bone, you're gonna take some of the white and it's really not white. It's more like a blue fluorescent white. It's very, very light and blue and

put some on your brush and I'm going to put it up on the brow bone of my eye. Then I'm gonna blend it just a little bit with my finger. I don't want to do that too much to take it off and then on to the inside of my

nose, probably a little bit more and right underneath your eye, your bottom eyelashes, and merging into the green a little bit. Okay? And you can dab this a little bit right on top of that green because it is a powder and so it's not as fluorescent as the

blue and the white and just blend it just a little bit more, maybe if you have too much on to get off and you can put sparkles or anything else on top of it for some kind of nighttime event, so it looks like.
