-Hi there, welcome to pursebuzz n' more. Summer time is coming, so, I know a lot of us don't like to wear really heavy makeup, just something sheer but will even out your skin tone, any flaws and blemishes like that. So, the first thing that I like to do is tone---- put some toner on my face to get rid of all the dirt and oil, all that gross stuff. And then, I like to take my concealer, and I'm gonna put it in to the problem areas on my face,
put it just everywhere on, you know, little spots, flaws, wherever. So, you're just gonna do that and you're gonna pack it on a little heavier than normal because we're going to dilute our foundation and turn it to a tinted moisturizer. So, I'm just gonna put that all over. And then, for your eyes, I like to put some SPF cream
right here. You can see that in another video called Putting On My Face, where I will use the Clinique Moisturizer in the green jar, and mix it with the concealer. So, put that on your eye right here, dabbing it with your ring finger and your middle finger, just some---- a finger that's more gentler than your pointer finger, and just kind of roll it in just for a little bit. And then the next thing is your foundation. And what I've chosen to use is my SPF moisture blend
and my moisturizer here, and you could see what it is on my website, pursebuzz.com. Anyway, so, instead of just using a regular liquid foundation, 'cause I know a lot of us have that and you could just mix that with the moisturizer. Very simple process, and you could mix it on your hand, and then that'll dilute the color, I guess the coverage, so that it doesn't look so heavy in the summer time, you know, when it's hot, sweaty, all that fun stuff. So, since I'm doing it this way, it's gonna be a little bit of a different process. What I do is I take
a foundation brush. This is from my Costco set, and my moisturizer. And what I'm gonna do is put this on to my brush, and I'm gonna kinda work it into my brush, just kinda let it sit for a little bit. While I'm letting it sit and absorb into the brush, I'm gonna put some moisturizer on my face beforehand.
But if you're greasy and you notice that your skin is more oily than normal in the summer time, then you may wanna skip this stuff. Just put that all over. It doesn't have to be everywhere because we're going to use the foundation as well, and that will have the SPF in it. So now that we have it in here, take your foundation
and you're going to brush it in. See you have a good amount like this, and you're just gonna dab it in the middle of your face right here. And if you need a little more, just add a little more. But this will dilute the formula that's in here and give it that nice soft, tinted moisturizer look.
Take the other side of your brush and just kind of bring it out. And then, you're gonna bring it out like this. And for your eyes, you may not wanna us your typical concealer for your face, only because your eye area is much more sensitive and doesn't have as much oil as the rest of your face. So, you could just take your foundation
and you can just apply a little bit here very gently, and then you can even it out with your fingertip. That way, you won't have that dry look around your eyes. Just kinda lightly dab it just to get that color in, and you can blend it in with your fingertips like that. Okay. So, I'm gonna work on the rest of my face here as
gentle as possible, just kind of in a smooth stroke, then you kinda feather it. But you can see how it lightly covers your skin, evens out your skin tone's redness
and all that stuff, and then you just bring it down into your neck. Make sure it's all even. Now, if you really want a dewey look for summer time, I recommend this MAC Fix Plus. What you could do is you could spray it on a brush, buff it with---- on your face, or you can just spray it directly on to your face. What I'm going to do is spray it on a brush. That way, I can control where it's going
and it doesn't get into my eyes. I wear contacts and I don't want this to stick on to my eye. So, here it's on my brush, just a thick powder brush, gonna dab it in the main places, and then evenly distribute it, and this will give you that nice, summer, dewey look, and it feels really good, too. Check out MAC's website and you can see all the
ingredients that are in here. There's cucumber. I know that, green tea; a lot of healthy product. Okay. And that pretty much just completes that nice, evened-out summer, dewey look; very descriptive.
