-Hey there! Welcome to pursebuzz.com. Today, I'm gonna do a hair tutorial. I've been asked by a whole bunch of people on how do I do my hair. You know, it's kind of I guess the little waves and it's really, really simple. I think I mentioned it before. I usually only use two curling irons; the 3/4 inch and the 1-1/4 inch both by Helen of Troy or Hot Tools. Same company, I believe. It's just been re-branded.

And so I just use those two and mix it up. So I will show you what I do. First thing is you're gonna put in some heat-protected spray. This is the Beyond the Zone Turn Up The Heat. So, what I like to do is I just like to spray my brush with it and then I just run it through. You can do, however, you know, spray it. Typically my hair would be fixed straight, but I had it a little wavy this morning for work. But I have my 1-1/4 inch turned on. Here it is.

Have it at the middle setting. So it just depends on who you are, what kind of hair you have and all that stuff. So definitely test it up before you start turning this dial up to full speed. Okidoki! So what I do to keep those-- they're not exactly like curls or kinda just like slight waves. So what I do is I just take a little section, like a 1-inch section. This is really quick. I can do this in the morning. It takes about 10 minutes. I just take it to the middle.

It's kinda flat and I just kinda run it through like this and I loosen up that handle then I get that curl. This is almost like a beach curl as well. You know, it's just that keeps your hair kind of wavy but it's not like that perfect prom or wedding hair. And I'll just release it and let it slide down. So just take it,

slide it to the middle, and then you're gonna lightly unclamp it so that your hair will just twist in it and then you're gonna turn your iron. And that gives you this kind of half waves and I just did it all over my head. So do it again as you can see. So I kinda loosen up the clamp as I go downward and that I just do it all the way to the end. So some of them will be kinda curled, some of them will be super curled.

It's pretty much sliding it down my hair and turning it and that's it. Just do that throughout my head and remember to keep this slightly loose so that you don't rip your hair out. So pretty much, it's like heat sliding around your hair and it gives you that light waves. Do one more

and then you just slide it to get to the bottom and you release. Then you let it cool completely. Then you just run your fingers through. You have to make sure it's completely cool because then your curls will stay. If not, it's kinda like you're using a straightener since it's already warm and you'll straighten your hair up again. I always like to do the ones in the front last

and I like to do that towards my face and then, you know, alternating back and forth between to your face, away from your face, let it cool. And you don't wanna concentrate on your ends too much. You want it just kind of being natural to slightly wavy like that. And that's it. Super simple. Super easy. It takes you about 10 minutes in the morning and you're out the door looking great. Thanks again for joining me here at pursebuzz.com. Bye-Bye!
