-This is a liner that is a liquid that it dries and once it dries, it's worth it and it just goes on . And we're gonna do the same thing on the other side. If you notice, I'm always gently pushing up the side of it and there we go.

So now, we'll take a little bit of black eyelash too. I always prefer using black over the clear because the black, when it's wet, it's gray but when it dries, it dries black. So, I'm gonna take a little of this actually. If there is ever any excess glue on the lashes, just---- basically just peel it up like this. Here we go. And make sure again that everything is just----

-Now Eve, you lined her eye first prior to applying the---- I'm sorry, the false eyelashes.

-Uh-huh!

-Now, this is something that I do also in some of my videos. Can you just, you know, kinda elaborate a little bit more why you line first---- You know, it's kinda like the chicken and the egg, which comes first. Do you line first so it would be, you know----

-That's right!

-Sometimes I like to line first because I wanna have, in case the lash is not as close to the lash line as you want it to be,

that dark will mask it and it'll make it looks smoother, so you don't really see that there is a fake lash because our goal in putting the fake lashes is really just to accentuate the eye but to have no one know that you got fake eyelashes on.

-That's right.

-The whole trick of makeup is to look naturally beautiful.

-Right.

-It might take a little bit of time to get there but you still wanna look natural.

-Yeah.

-And I'm using a tweezer that I own

and I trace the lashes close to the lash line as possible and then once you glue it, you ask the person to open their eyes so as to make sure you haven't glued their eyes shut. So, open your eyes. Great! Close. And then once you have it---- now here's the Eve Pearl Method part. You want to twist this part of it down and the outside part of it up. You see, it's like in a weird position because when they open their eyes, when Elessa opens her eyes, when I connect your lashes, I want the fake lashes

pull her lashes up. So, open your eyes. It looks very weird right now, but when I'm gonna attach them, it's gonna look really gorgeous.

-Okay, it's really good.

-So, you're doing fine.

-Okay.

-So while this one dries, I'm gonna go and do the other side. Again, we're gonna pull it off from the outside of the lash. We're gonna pull the outside. Because this part, even if it gets bent, it doesn't matter because we're gonna cut it off, right?

-That's right.

-Then we're gonna take the lash and we're gonna cut out the same number of pieces from the outside here as we get on the first eye.

I'm just guessing---- I'm estimating here. And we're gonna cut any excess off and if there's any extra glue on the eyelash that was used to keep it together there, you just pull it off. But we're going to take a black eyelash here and you see, you need very little of the glue. So, I'm holding it upside down and I'm just---- basically just getting enough that coats the base of the lash.

-Okay.

-So, you don't need a whole, whole lot.

And I'm gonna hold the outside part with my finger, the inside part with the tweezer. I'm gonna go close Elessa's eyes. I'm gonna bend it and place it as close to her lash line as possible and before it sticks completely, I'm gonna ask Elessa to open her eyes. Okay, great. And close. And again the Eve Pearl Method part is that we twist this part up like that and this part face down. So open again.

Great! Close again. And sometimes if a part on the inside doesn't wanna stay, you take a little tweezer and you wanna make sure that you are getting it in there. And you remember, when you're working on someone's eyes, it's a very, very delicate part, so you have to be careful not to poke them. Open your eyes. Okay, so once that dries, we're gonna attach that with mascara. So, a great way to know how much time you need for it to dry

during this one like you're gonna do someone's eyes---- someone's eyebrows and remember when we're saying this is the ultimate eye palette, guess what, we use the brown as an eyebrow color. So, during time is when I would fill in a little bit of the eyebrows. So, as I'm filling in the eyebrows---- this is ensuring that the eyelash is drying. And you see how beautiful? And if you noticed, the first place when I did the brow color was in the center and not in the front just in case the color I use will be too dark.

See?

-So you always start from the arch out but not from the thicker part of the lash, right?

-I start in the arch because in case the color I chose would have been too dark, if I started it here, I would have made her look like Pavarotti and I don't want her to look overly, you know. This area in the center, you could always blend out.

-I see.

-But it happened to work out as a really nice color and it's not too much of it to the front.

-Wow!

-Now, we're done. By the time the eyebrows are done,

by this time, by judgment, the eyelash glue would have dried.

-I know.

-So a great little trick on applying mascara and also on attaching lashes is you take your little wand, you put in your mascara, you take your little pinkie finger. Oh, my goodness! I just got glue on your face. That is not a good thing. But you know what?

-Don't do that.

-Ah, but what we do is troubleshooting. Now watch, the magic of

glue is you just---- we're gonna wipe this out.

-Very well.

-And I'm gonna get a chance to actually put some makeup on Elessa as well. So this is part of the troubleshooting. You know what? Things happen. The one thing you never say to a person that you're working on is, "Oh, my God!"
