Nachos: A Healthier Recipe

Fight It: Average Food Court Nachos

Thick and gooey cheese sauce. It's the kind of thing you see and sneer at. You probably even make fun of it, and talk about how horrible and icky it is. Yet we're sure you secretly wish you could dip stuff into it all day long and chew to your heart's content. We do. We've even dreamt of taking nice hot baths in vats of cheese sauce (we're not proud of that, mind you). But alas, we must resist. Just say no to the hot, goo-like, fat-filled cheese you see at amusement parks, ballgames, malls, and movie theaters -- and melt your own at home. Then cheese it up, baby!

I don't understant why we're putting a vanilla flavor in cheese sauce. If we replace it with skim milk or maybe a light cream it would work just as well.

did not like this at all why the vanlla soy milk does not taste good in this overall this sucked should have jsut found something low fat a the grocery store instead wast of my time, money I tossed it out
