Mayonnaise vs. Dijonnaise
Fight It: Mayonnaise
Mayo is basically spreadable, white fat. Granted, it's spreadable, white, delicious fat. But it's still fat. And who wants swallow 90 calories of pure fat in a glob of spreadable goo anyway? (Don't answer that.) Our advice? Be strong, resist this condiment catastrophe, and perk up your food with Dijonnaise instead. Chances are, you'll love its creamy, mustardy ways, and won't crave plain old boring mayo ever again.
