Fight It: Starbucks Green Tea Frappuccino
Well, we give Starbucks credit for trying. They've shown a definite effort to make some better-for-you frozen concoctions of late (good work on the Tangerine Frappuccino Juice Blend, guys!). But this green tea catastrophe doesn't quite cut it. Aside from the fact that it contains more than twice the calories of Jamba's version, it doesn't even taste as good. While Jamba offers a creamy dessert-like smoothie, Starbucks' frap tastes more like flavored milk. And if you slip up and say yes to the whipped cream they offer (oops!), the nutritionals climb to an astonishing button-popping 550 calories and 15 grams of fat! Skip it...don't sip it.
