A combination of oats, dried cranberries, and whole almonds, this bar is chewy, moist, and just a tad sweet thanks to a drizzle of honey.
Per bar: 140 calories, 6g protein, 20g carbohydrate, 5g fat (0.5g saturated), 4g fiber

You never list the sugar content of many of the products you endorse and that's where there's a huge problem for many...shame on you
