I love that my place of work just got a healthy vending machine that's FULL of healthy alternatives to junk food! It makes my choices so much. Our machine even has healthier drink and meal options for those days when I can't break away for lunch. Our machine is from HealthyYOU Vending and I would totally recommend looking into them! I might even purchase some as a way to make some money on the side and provide healthy options to my community.

This list is really helpful. Those who read this should completely avoid those food. They're not food, they're junk. We should always make effort to eat healthy and teach our kids about healthy living as well.
