USE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER TO DUST ON IT. UNSWEETENED COCONUT IS GREAT! COCONUT OIL IS A VERY HEALTHY OIL/FAT AND MOST HEALTH EXPERTS ARE ENCOURAGING IT TOP REPLACE OLIVE OIL ALL THE TIME. CHECK YOUR INFO FIRST, BEFORE YOU BASH.

ceeceebeebee actually mastewart15 is right about coconut fat being the good fat, it is wrong info when said that coconut fat is the bad fat....just like when they said eggs were bad for you for many years and now they realize a mistake was made....of course like anything to much is bad for you....moderation is the key

That said, this still looks delicious and I think everything in moderation is okay.

Sorry, Coconut actually is the 'bad for you' kind of fat. It's saturated fat, along with palm oil and a lot of other tropical oils. You should not over-indulge in coconut.

it says to use 2 bananas for 4 servings. so 1 serving is half a banana, i don't think thats a bad sized snack, i'm going to try it!

Making 4 but only 1 for under 100 calories makes it too tempting. Two grams of fat per with the 1 gm of fat and 1 gm of saturated fat. It is hard when you live alone to make some of these receipes and only eat the one serving.

sounds yummy and nutritious but i'm confused at only 1gram fat content...coconut is high in fat (even though it is the "good for you" kind of fat)
