If instead you mean the entire set of lunches, most of them ARE healthy. A lot use whole wheat, tofu, lots of vegetables and grilled lean means, and not a lot of cheese. You can make 'Panini' healthy, you can make a healthy substitute to almost anything. I don't envy you if you think that you can't. Your diet must be a very bland thing if so.
Err, what's unhealthy about strawberries, brown bread and light cream cheese? If you mean the cream cheese, it's a misconception that it's 'bad' for you. Most water based cheeses are actually very low in calories and better for you than matured cheeses (like yoghurt). Furthermore, calcium is extremely important for women and many women who cut out dairy have complications with osteoporosis later in life. Lastly, it's only 128 calories, and it's just a plain nifty idea.
they are suggestions for sandwiches dont make them if you dont like them
