I Have A Toe
I would always go order my tuna sandwich from Quiznos until I read this article on Pritikin Longevity Center's newsletter. Apparently I was consuming 2,090 calories just from that one sandwich! After reading that I decided to pack my lunch with a homemade tuna sandwich, saving money and not dealing with all the calories. I use canned tuna, 1 tablespoon of mayo, chopped celery, onions, and baby spinach on whole-wheat bread. Delicious and so much better for you.
Yeah! Maybe if I had a personal chef! Who has time to make this stuff??
I WOULD LIKE IT BETTER IF YOU GAVE A LIST TO THUMBNAIL SO THAT I COULD PICK AND CHOOSE AT ONE TIME INSTEAD OF GOING ONE BY ONE.
