1/17/2013 05:41:51 PM Report AbuseArrgh!! You can lose weight by simply cutting out saturated fat! (Not other fats because you need them) I lost 2 stone in 2.5 months doing that, stopping snacking and having smaller portions. If you cut out carbs your body will eat away it's muscle. Anyways... :D
