Sounds delicious!!! I don't see any meat in the recipe.
I agree with Christina! I'm not Vegan, I'm Veggie, but I avoid meat when possible (My family are carnivores!) Gimme the tofu!!
How about showing some recipes for the vegan readers...vegan meaning NO meat, NO seafood, and No dairy...would be nice to see :) Thanks.
