Wonderful recipe! Few suggestions, though... first, if your salmon is over an inch thick, like most salmon generally is, broil it on both sides for four minutes instead of three. And when you put the water in for the couscous, add one and a half cups instead of one and a fourth. (Unless you like dryer couscous.) But even with those two little faux pas, it turned out delicious... almost like a restaurant dish!
