They now have a bear naked "fit" granola which is less on sugar, fat etc...it is very tasty.
The granola will fill you up if you add some fresh fruit and Greek yogurt, which has twice the protein of regular yogurt and more filling. It's one of my favorite breakfasts.
This granola is a scam, 130 cals. for just 1/4 cup, not only I am still going to be hungry but if I eat more of it I am also going to overload on sugar.
