kind of lame that's it's only cereal, bread, granola, pretzels, and the like. not good for low-carb low-sugar eaters. thought it was gonna be more eclectic than just breakfast and snack foods. sigh.

I am on a limited budget...social security only. Almost all of these items are beyond my means. I go for the simple things and read labels. Sometimes these so-called healthy foods are just gimmicks.

If you look at the picture the fiber content is listed on the box. But I do agrre theat they should list the other things. Me personally I get the Kashi GoLean Naturally Sweetenened Fiber Twigs, Soy Protein Grahams and Honey Puff Cereal. It has 110 calories 8 grams of fiber 1 gram of fat and 5 grams of sugar per 3/4 cup serving. It is to be noted that on the front of the box the nutrition information is for a 1 cup serving.

Although the calorie count is important,is it possible to start listing the amount of sugar, carbs, and fiber, as well?

it is actually 190 per 3/4 cup, I think they just forgot the 1! It is yummy, but high carb and sugar for the amount.

the calorie count in Kashi GoLean Crisp is actual 180 calories per 3/4 cup. Just wanted to clear that up before people get too excited :)
