I'm constantly looking for recipes that are low sugar and low sodium. You're recipes look great, but the nutrition information never seems to include sodium content.

I made this dish as it was in my magazine. I substituted chicken for the scallops as scallops were just too expensive at my store. Everything else remained the same. Absolutely delicious. I have now cooked about five of your recipes for dinner as I only recently subscribed to your magazine. They have all been "winners". Please keep them coming. We usually eat chicken so any new recipe is appreciated.
