1. Combine spices in a small bowl; rub half the mixture over the steak. Broil steak 6 to 7 minutes per side. Let sit 5 minutes; cut into thin strips. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high. Add the vegetables, lime juice and remaining spice mixture; cook until vegetables are soft, 5 to 6 minutes. Warm tortillas; top each with the sliced beef, vegetables, salsa and sour cream if using. Roll closed; serve.
