Creamy Dijon Mustard Dip
Makes: 1  servings


  • 1/4 cup  fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon  light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon  Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon  minced chives or scallion


1. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and chives. Serve with baked potato chips, sliced apple or fennel, or celery sticks. (Dip can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
