Caesar Dip

Makes: 1  servings


  • 2 tablespoons  light sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon  lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce


1. In a bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Serve with sliced cucumber, bell-pepper spears or carrots. (Dip can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
