Marinated Broccoli

Makes: 1  servings


  • 2 cups  broccoli florets (from 1 small broccoli crown)
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons  red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • Small pinch crushed red-pepper flakes


1. Combine all the ingredients in a plastic container; shake well. Marinate at room temperature for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
