Tahini-Yogurt Dip

Makes: 1  servings


  • 1/4 cup  fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon  tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon  olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  crushed garlic (scant)


1. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, tahini, oil, salt and garlic. Serve with whole-wheat pita, whole-grain crackers or carrots. (Dip can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
