Sesame Edamame Salad

Makes: 1  servings


  • 1/2 cup  shelled frozen edamame
  • 3/4 teaspoon  soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon  rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon  Asian sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon  sugar
  • 1 teaspoon  toasted sesame seeds


1. Cook edamame in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain well. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sugar. Add the edamame, toss to coat, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm or chilled. (Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
