Fried Rice Bowl with Broccoli and Shrimp


  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups  chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup  cooked brown rice (use precooked, microwavable or frozen)
  • 3 ounces  (about 12 large) frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons  chopped peanuts


1. Saute garlic in oil for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 8 minutes, or until tender. Add cooked rice and thawed shrimp to pan; warm for 3 to 4 minutes. Top with peanuts.
