Hot Cranberry-Apple Ginger Drink

Makes: 4  servings
Serving size: 8  ounce Prep 5 mins Cook 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups  apple juice
  • 2 cups  cranberry juice
  • 4 1/4inch slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 4-inch strip orange peel

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium until the mixture just comes to a simmer. Remove ginger slices and orange peel with a slotted spoon. Serve immediately.
