Salmon With Sweet Glaze

Makes: 1  servings


  • 6 ounces  salmon fillet
  • 2 teaspoons  molasses
  • 2 teaspoons  olive oil
  • 1 cup  steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup  steamed carrots
  • 1 small whole wheat roll


1. 6-ounce salmon fillet, brushed with 2 teaspoons each molasses and olive oil and broiled. Two cups steamed broccoli and carrots. Small whole wheat roll.
