Continuing Your Progress
When Sunday arrives, step back and review your 48-hour jump start, and ask yourself which meals and snacks you enjoyed the most. 3/1/2012 04:33:24 AM Report AbuseThank you for this article! I found it very informative especially about how much calories I should be taking in to lose weight. I was only eating around 1400 calories but being at 167lbs and working out 4 days a week, that was too little! I will up my caloric intake and hopefully see an increase in my weight loss.
