Equally good: Mix 1/2 cup fresh OJ, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, and 2 minced garlic cloves; add iron-packed tofu and marinate for 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat.

I actually thought from the title and source of this article that it could be informative. But seeing it encourage consumption of empty calorie, sugar-laden cereal, I realized that it's just another dumbed-down site selling ads. Either the authors are ignorant, or they've sold their souls to big business.
