Your body needs good fats, look at where the fats come from. Take into consideration your total fat intake over time, not one meal. I have lost 57 pounds eating lots of healthy fats. I love avocados, olive oil, almonds, walnuts. Check out the mediterranean diet, it has what many would consider a high amount of fat grams but the fat comes from Mono unsaturated fatty acids which lower cholesterol and raise HDL. Rkshinha49, you could substitute chicken or even tofu for the beef in the salad.

if there are 32g of fat in this, that means that 288 of the 517 calories come from fat, that's more than half. That is a lot, but it likely comes from the walnuts, which contain healthier fats than the saturated fat of the meat.
