Is it really yogurt very healthy food and got power-boosting protein and bone-building calcium? I cant believe, so it very great think I am eat a alternate day not daily but it is very strong and healthier then i am eating daily

3/15/2013 08:15:57 AM Report AbuseI'm a nutritionist and I will tell you that Americans have been sold a bill of goods concerning dairy in general and yogurt in particular by the very powerful American Dairy Council. There are much more healthful ways to get your probiotics and calcium. I'd recommend a 5+ billion CFU probiotic capsule comprised of a minimum of three different strains.
