Pistachio Biscotti

While biscotti may taste indulgent -- especially after dunked in coffee -- they can be a smarter choice compared to other sweets on the spectrum. Plus, they have a long shelf life, so you can keep a bunch in your cupboard and pull them out when you've got a hankering. Andrew Teter of Savona Restaurant in Gulph Mills, Pennsylvania, pares this treat's calorie count down even further by using Splenda and whole wheat flour, but adds intrigue to the taste with ground pistachios and lemon zest.

Nutrition Facts: 59 calories, 2g protein, 7g carbohydrate, 2.9g fat, 1.2g saturated fat, 0.8g fiber, 31.7mg sodium

Please correct the flour amount for pistachio biscotti-has to be more then 1 1/2 T of flour-looking for low carb recipes and would like to try this one! Fix the pictures, please!
