Too many of the recipes do not state how many servings it makes, so the nutrition information is not usable.

I tried a few of these recipes: sand tarts, snickerdoodles, pumpkin spice cookies, and the whole wheat oatmeal cookies for some of my Christmas cookies this year. Never again! I spent a lot of time making these only to have them not turn out. I use high-quality ingredients and proper baking techniques, to no avail with these recipes. If you're going to have a cookie-- eat one, enjoy it, and move on.
