3/15/2012 02:15:07 PM Report Abuseshouldn't low cal and low fat go hand in hand to make a healthy recipe. I'm 33 and 14grams of fat per brownie is something my metabolism would probably not forgive enev with my daily 3mi run with 40min circuit training 6 days a week.
