Soy-Glazed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 cups green beans, trimmed, washed and dried
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbs low-sodium soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat.
Add beans; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Add garlic and soy sauce; cook 1 minute more, or until beans are cooked through but still crisp.
