Rosemary New Potatoes
- 1 pound small potatoes, such as fingerling, peeled or scrubbed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
1. Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water until just cooked through. Drain.
2. Add oil and rosemary; cook, stirring frequently, over medium-high heat, until potatoes begin to brown slightly.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
