Rosemary New Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound small potatoes, such as fingerling, peeled or scrubbed
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water until just cooked through. Drain.
Add oil and rosemary; cook, stirring frequently, over medium-high heat, until potatoes begin to brown slightly.
Season with salt and pepper.
